Chloë Booth
Having gleaned extensive experience during her management role at a multinational company, Chloë understands that having a team of dedicated, motivated staff is crucial to a successful business. She joined her father, Mike Booth, in the family business at Grange Dental Practice as Practice Manager in 2004. Her role has since developed into that of Administrative Director for Total Dental and her mission is to ensure that the clinicians at Total Dental have no concerns other than those of their patients.
Chloë is passionate about leading the team of professionals who support Total Dental, in the knowledge that the provision of superlative patient care is not the sole responsibility of the dentist. Education is crucially important to Chloë, and she is active in encouraging team members to invest time in the development of their careers. Chloë is a member of the British Dental Practice Managers Association.
Outside the world of dentistry, Chloë is dedicated to her horse, Murphy, and is currently studying towards equine examinations, and preparing for endurance rides.
